AQPRO-3 is a special blend of three probiotic microbial cultures-

• Bacillus Subtilis
• Bacillus Lichenformis
• Bacillus Megaterium
• These strains of probiotics have proven to be highly beneficial in bio-regulation of the aquatic environment during fish and prawn culture. Bacillus Subtilis is facultative and grows throughout the pond whereas Bacillus Lichenformis does particularly well in the sedimental area, where it degrades waste protein. Bacillus Megaterium is an obligate aerobe that grows in the topmost layer of the pond.All these bacilli after performing their bioremediation functions become preferred food for the web of zooplankton that inhibit the pond.
